Luxury + DIY Design Service is perfect for those who want to update their space(s) with retail furnishings (with the option to add our *Designer Access Service) and want to handle the purchasing and installing of the design on your own. Our process is similar to our Luxury Full Service Design except you will be executing the furniture purchasing, installation, project management and styling on your own.
*Pricing is per space - please inquire HERE for a custom quote for design of multiple spaces or smaller spaces such as powder rooms, foyers, laundry rooms, etc.. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Our Luxury + DIY Design Service Process:
After having a "Discovery Call"and "Initial Consultation" with us, you can purchase and we will begin the Luxury + DIY Design Service Process. We will provide you with a Design Proposal & Letter of Agreement. When all parties have reviewed and agreed to the proposal and letter of agreement, you'll be able to sign or approve electronically and we'll collect the design total design fee.
First, we will set up an appointment to take photos and formal measurements of the space(s) in your home. During this appointment, we will also have a design meeting to confirm the budget, design style and functionality of the space. Due to the nature of this design package, it is highly recommended that all adult parties involved in the project are present during this meeting.
After measurements are taken and we've met with you, we will spend 4-6 weeks customizing the perfect Design Plan for you and your family. Our team will diligently work on your behalf reviewing your specifications, style ideas, design goals and discuss any foreseeable obstacles we will face so that we can fully encompass the scope of the job in as much detail as possible.
If there are any “trades” (i.e. contractors, architects, wallpaper installer, electrician, painter) you need for your project we will be more than happy to provide you with a list of our contacts or you are welcome to use your own.
When your Design Plan is complete, we will meet with you and walk you through the Design Plan Presentation. We'll include as much detail as possible so that we can pass the design baton to you to execute the furniture purchasing, installation, project management and styling of the space.
After we've presented your design, you'll have the option to follow-up with us over one email to answer any questions you have about your Design Plan. We will also make one revision to your design, if needed. Subsequent revisions will require additional design fees billed at $175.00 per hour.

Site Survey: formal measurements and photos of the existing space
Trade Day: We'll pull in our best tradesmen and women to get their input on any design ideas that involve construction, repair, etc. We'll consult with them to get their professional opinion on the cost and scope associated with the work
Detailed Floor Plan to Scale: We will determine the best and most functional Floor Plan for your space(s) understanding the way you you want to live in your space (two options maximum).
Conceptual Renderings: A visual representation of the space pulled together in a cohesive design including the floor plan, furnishings, colors, and light fixture styles. We will provide a maximum of two conceptual renderings per project.
Design Plan Specifications: We'll share detailed descriptions of the furnishings we'd like you to source for the space including general dimensions. If you'd like to purchase with us, ask us about the "Designer Access Service" we offer with a $5,000.00 minimum order.
Local Trade Resource List: If you need a resource to execute part of our design plan, we've got you covered and can provide resources for you to connect with.
Lighting and Accessory Concept: We'll include lighting/accessory/styling elements in your rendering.
Design Studio Portal: There is a substantial amount of information and detail that goes into a design project. To maintain organization, we have an online project management system or “Studio Portal” available to you 24/7. This system will become our base point for all details related to the project for up to 6 months from project completion. You will also have the ability to print hard copies of the deliverables.
